Will the shipping company bring the machine into my home?

The truck driver will not bring the machine into your home. The delivery will be made at the curb or at the end of your driveway.
If you select liftgate service at the time of your order, the driver will lower the pallet to the ground level at the curb. You will be responsible for bringing the equipment indoors.

If you do not select liftgate service at the time of your order, the driver will move the pallet to the end of the truck, and you are responsible for offloading the equipment directly from the truck and bringing it indoors.
We recommend having 2 people available at the time of the delivery.
