As a new to sewing machines guy, I am Thankful I went with a Techsew. Couple years Ago I bought an old used machine (not aTechsew) to expand my leatherwork. It was a good machine, but the company was no longer around, so zero support. I didn't get far with it and it wasn't the right machine for me anyway, so I sold it.
Still wanting a machine I kept looking for a used one. This just lead me to be be frustrated with wondering if I was going to end up with another machine that didn't work for me.
After seeing so many reviews and comments on forums about Techsew having great customer support and the stories about them helping out well beyond the initial purchase, I decided that was the best way to get moving forward.
Once I contacted Techsew, I knew I made the right choice, talking to and actual Canadian that knew what they were talking about, they made sure I had picked the right machine for what I was using it for, got some accessories that I am glad I have, and set up the machine specifically for me.
It was the most comfortable large purchase I've made.
Now that I've had it awhile, I know I made the right choice.
The 4800 Pro I have is amazing, it works as I hoped, all without messing around with it. Knowing that if I have an issue I can call them and talk with a person that will happily help me makes a big difference, not many companies will continue to help you after purchasing like they will. Thank you for the real life, old school, actually gives a crap service! Keep up the fantastic work.
