This sewing machine has worked wonders. This is my first industrial sewing machine, in fact, it is my first sewing machine at all. There has been a little bit of the learning curve, but that is due to my lack of experience with sewing machines. Overall. With that said, any issue that I've had, I was able to contact tech support, and get immediate help. Help. The machine is fantastic, and the customer service is even better.

I did a lot of research before deciding on the Techsew 810 Pro and am very happy with my decision. I like that the machine came with the speed reducer and the lifetime tech support and warranty was very important to me. I have emailed tech support a couple times with questions and have gotten a quick response. I would make this purchase again.

I got my Techsew 810 Pro about a month ago and I LOVE it! It was a breeze to put together with the great videos that are available and it sews like a dream. I am using it for bag making and its able to get into tight spaces and spaces that I couldnt access before. The EPS works like a dream and my top stitches look awesome. I am so glad that I made this purchase and would recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a post bed stitcher.

Post Machine TechSew 810 Pro was packed very well for shipping and made so it was easy to unpack and place in the shop. The tensions were set well and I was up and running right away. I use the machine for twill and leather patches on caps and it handles these beautifully. The back up stitch lever is convenient and secures the stitches well. Thanks for the good videos on this machine; they answer many questions that came up and are easier than a manual to follow.

This machine has been a dream to work with. I am using the 810 for making heavy leather logging boots (Webb Boot Company). The control provided with the motor is extremely precise. I use the roller guide that came with the 'Pro' setup occasionally. Really helpful in applicable situations, but as I get used to the machine I'm using the guide less. The flat table is worth having as it makes sewing flat items more enjoyable. This is quickly removable for getting back to the post. Techsew has been great to deal with when I have any questions. Delivered on well wrapped pallets. The machine was very simple to assemble. Get one of these machines and make something!

I have been producing leather goods for about six years and sewing by hand. I got to the point in my leather making where a sewing machine was needed. I researched several sewing machines and after seeing a video by my favorite leather craftsman (Little King Goods), i made my purchase (February 2023). The 5100SE is a massive machine. Its large, its heavy and it will sew anything you can get underneath the presser foot. I know theres not a one machine does it all, but for me, this is pretty close. For someone that has never used a sewing machine, there was definitely a learning curve. Great machine. So far, Ive sewn as thin as 2oz leather and up to 10oz leather. As far as the company TechSew, I dont believe you will find a better support staff.

I have had the 2750 for about 6 months now. Due to early "operator errors" I now feel pretty confident in my ability to address issues that come up, particularly knowing that Eric is available for detailed and patient instruction and hints. My bags have beautiful stitches with thick thread. Warning: use of this machine may result in bag making addiction.

I couldnt be happier with my purchase of the Techsew 4800 pro. I did a lot of research before I decided to purchase from Techsew and the support that comes from their customer service is phenomenal. When my machine was delivered there was a problem with the rod that connects the motor to foot pedal, I contacted the company and a new one was sent out immediately. Anytime I am unsure of something I find I can always find a helpful YouTube video to assist me.
