Description

The Techsew 810 PRO sews light to medium weight materials such as leather, vinyl, synthetics, canvas, denim and various coated and laminated products.

Post bed machines are great for sewing into hard-to-reach areas and are commonly used for footwear and apparel production. The 7" post bed makes it easy to turn and maneuver the product and the roller foot is great for sewing close to the edge of the material and for sewing intricate shapes and curves.

The 810 PRO features the Techsew SmartServo motor with speed reducer pulley for complete control of the sewing speed, allowing you to sew at less than 1 stitch per second.

Medium to heavy- weight fabrics (up to 5/16" thickness)
Light to medium-weight leather, canvas, denim, synthetic materials
Common applications: footwear production (custom shoes, sneakers), patch sewing, light leather work (ie. wallets, bags, accessories), garment repairs.

Automatic Needle Position System – designed for improved efficiency, the SmartServo-NP motor will automatically stop the needle in the down position when the operation pedal is released, thus allowing the operator to more easily turn the product to sew a 90-degree corner.
Swing Down Roller Edge Guide – adjustable and easy to swing up and out of the way, the roller edge guide helps to feed the material in a straight line thus improving stitch accuracy.
Flatbed Table Attachment – the attachment fits directly over the cylinder arm, converting it to a flatbed machine to facilitate sewing of flat products such as wallets and belts.
Speed Reducer Pulley – The speed reducer pulley is installed in combination with the variable speed Servo motor, further reducing the sewing speed to less than 1 stitch per second.
Rubber Roller Foot - Helps alleviate foot marking on soft leather.

Awesome tech support and easy to use machine

Let’s start with I had no idea what I was doing and had limited experience with sewing machines. All I knew is I wanted an affordable machine that could sew leather patches on hats. After a call with Ron in sales, with a promise to FaceTime if I had any issues, I was sold. Well, it was one day before I jammed her up good. Tech support got on a FaceTime call to help me out, gave me some valuable tips and told me to text the number with any further questions. They also checked in a day or so later. There are plenty of videos explaining how to thread, oil, and clear a jam. No regrets with this purchase.

810 Post Bed - Very nice

This machine has been a dream to work with. I am using the 810 for making heavy leather logging boots (Webb Boot Company). The control provided with the motor is extremely precise. I use the roller guide that came with the 'Pro' setup occasionally. Really helpful in applicable situations, but as I get used to the machine I'm using the guide less. The flat table is worth having as it makes sewing flat items more enjoyable. This is quickly removable for getting back to the post. Techsew has been great to deal with when I have any questions. Delivered on well wrapped pallets. The machine was very simple to assemble. Get one of these machines and make something!

Good design just works

Great sewing machine

Haven’t used an industrial machine sewing machine but figuring out this machine was super easy! The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is the tutorial on YouTube was super fast and wasn’t that helpful however support was fantastic to deal with and helped out a bunch! Other than that love this machine! Putting patches on hats is super easy and cannot wait to see what else I can sew on!

Very happy

I did a lot of research before deciding on the Techsew 810 Pro and am very happy with my decision. I like that the machine came with the speed reducer and the lifetime tech support and warranty was very important to me. Techsew 810 Pro

This sewing machine has worked wonders. This is my first industrial sewing machine, in fact, it is my first sewing machine at all. There has been a little bit of the learning curve, but that is due to my lack of experience with sewing machines. Overall. With that said, any issue that I've had, I was able to contact tech support, and get immediate help. Help. The machine is fantastic, and the customer service is even better.

Techsew 810 Pro

I got my Techsew 810 Pro about a month ago and I LOVE it! It was a breeze to put together with the great videos that are available and it sews like a dream. I am using it for bag making and its able to get into tight spaces and spaces that I couldnt access before. The EPS works like a dream and my top stitches look awesome. Post Machine TechSew 810 Pro-Should have done this earlier

Post Machine TechSew 810 Pro was packed very well for shipping and made so it was easy to unpack and place in the shop. The tensions were set well and I was up and running right away. I use the machine for twill and leather patches on caps and it handles these beautifully. The back up stitch lever is convenient and secures the stitches well. Thanks for the good videos on this machine; they answer many questions that came up and are easier than a manual to follow.
