The Techsew 202 Pro is a specialized, single-needle fur sewing machine designed for joining light- to medium-weight natural and synthetic furs. Its disc-feed system gently grips and feeds the material, while the overseam stitch joins the edges of the hides to create clean, durable and nearly invisible seams without flattening the fur.
The 202 Pro is suitable for lighter and more delicate furs such as mink, chinchilla, rabbit, fox, weasel, sable, marten and muskrat. It can also accommodate many medium-weight furs and hides, including coyote, raccoon, otter, beaver, sealskin, cowhide, bison and bear, provided the combined material thickness remains within the machine's sewing capacity.
In addition to fur garments and accessories, the Techsew 202 Pro is suitable for specialized applications such as baby-shoe insoles, lightweight fur gloves and mittens, hats, slippers, moccasins, blankets, costumes, trim work, decorative products and fur repairs.

PRO PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Automatic Needle Position System – designed for improved efficiency, the SmartServo-NP motor will automatically stop the needle in the correct position when the operation pedal is released, thus allowing the operator to more easily lock in the seam and insert/remove the material from the machine.
Speed Reducer Pulley – The speed reducer pulley is installed in combination with the variable speed Servo motor, further reducing the sewing speed from a minimum of approximately 2 stitches per second to less than 1 stitch per second
Accessories Package – Includes one spool of size #46 bonded nylon sewing thread, 3 packages of needles (sizes 12, 14, 16), magnetic LED lamp, locking casters.

Disc Feed System with Overseam Stitch
The Techsew 202 uses a disc-feed system and an overseam stitch—the traditional stitch used in fur work—to join hides edge-to-edge while keeping the fur full and natural-looking. The rotating discs gently grip the leather without crushing the hair, allowing you to create clean, nearly invisible seams that standard leather or fabric machines cannot achieve.
Automatic Needle Position System
Designed for improved efficiency, the SmartServo-NP motor will automatically stop the needle in the down position when the operation pedal is released, allowing for perfect 90 degree corners and single stitch-by-stitch sewing.
Variable Speed SmartServo Motor with Speed Reducer
The 750W 1HP energy saving SmartServo motor allows the operator to sew at slow speeds of 1-2 stitches per second while still maintaining full power to the machine. The speed reducer pulley is installed in combination with the variable speed Servo motor, further reducing the sewing speed from a minimum of approximately 2 stitches per second to less than 1 stitch per second
