What happens if my machine arrives damaged?

Do not reject the delivery! Before signing any delivery documents, you must carefully inspect the table unit and machine box for damages, dents, large scratches or broken parts. If there are any damages, you must write “PRODUCTS DAMAGED” and specify which parts are damaged on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately and we will help you process a damage claim and replace any damaged parts. If you reject the delivery, even if there are damages, you will be responsible for re-delivery of the equipment.
