The 810 Pro was packed very well for shipping and made so it was easy to unpack and place in the shop. The tensions were set well and I was up and running right away. I use the machine for twill and leather patches on caps and it handles these beautifully. The back up stitch lever is convenient and secures the stitches well. Thanks for the good videos on this machine; they answer many questions that came up and are easier than a manual to follow.
